This review is a bit delayed as I was serviced back in March but I wanted to give a shoutout to the team of techs that was very hospitable and professional. ERICA the Manager on Duty provided water and a snack for the wait as the line was backed up mainly because of everyone arriving at the same time. She was friendly and greeted every car warmly. She helped to keep everyone well informed. I then pulled up for service and AD completed my checklist and answered any questions that I had regarding my car and what was being done / needed. JARELL was the Pit tech and I can say that everything has been running smoothly . He even helped to change my windshield wipers which were perfect because It started raining as soon as I was pulling out.

The actual service was good. I even honked my horn but I had a question about my receipt when I left. A young man explained but he acted like I was supposed to know what he was talking about. After I understood I said thank you for the explanation and he hung up on me with an attitude. I did not appreciate that part. If anything he could have your welcome and no problem. A little more courtesy was warranted but the young guy who pulled me in and gave me water was super nice and did a great job. You would have gotten a 5 if the phone conversation would have gone better. Thanks

February, 2026: HIGHLY recommend this particular Take 5 location. I had a Fantastic experience for the SECOND time in a year at this location. The Manager, Erica and one of the other employees, Quentin, were EXCELLENT. My car needed a lot and they let me know options on top of the regular oil change but did not try and push sales hard, which generally pushes me away from locations. I chose a couple of the options they recommended this time AND they listened to all of my concerns and questions. I will come here again for service when next I need it. Thank you to the entire staff.

I’ve had enough bad experiences and heard enough horror stories to have stayed away from quick lube places for the last 20 years. But I was in a jam, and the reviews of this place were so good that I thought I’d give it a shot. Great service, friendly, good price. And they definitely seem to check all the boxes of knowing what they’re doing. No stripped bolts or missing plugs here, as far as I can tell.Would go again.

I’ve gotten an oil change here twice, and I’ve been the first person there right after they open both times. Both times, I was greeted by the manager with true friendliness and honesty, and was out quick. I feel like quick oil change places aren’t the kind of thing you find yourself recommending, but I keep recommending this location because of how good the folks who work there are.
