I had a really great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Jay and Greg provided excellent customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick and efficient, and my car is running noticeably smoother and quieter afterward. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

I used Take Five for servicing my car while living in Gulf Shores and was pleased to find a rather new location only a few miles from my current residence in Georgia. As a widow, I have found dealing with auto issues a bit out of my league, and this company seems to make car service less intimating. I wait in my vehicle and see what the employees do. They do not attempt the over sale techniques others do. They also seemed well trained and it never takes very long.

Amazing team here that provides phenomenal service! I came in not expecting too much of a quickservice oil change place, but my expectations quickly got exceeded by above and beyond service from jay and the other men working. They met me with ice cold water bottles for me and my husband and quickly did our oil change in under 10 minutes. They did not try to upsell us on unnecessary charges. Complimentary fluid top offs for washer fluid and cleaned the windshield. Great group of guys here, next time i will be bringing a cash tip.

I have NEVER had my oil changed anywhere other than Volkswagon but my wife don’t mind random places so since I had her car I said I’m going to try this place out and it was nothing “random” about this place. They made me feel very comfortable and even offered bottled water while I waited (something Volkswagen has never done) but this place was definitely top tier and thanks to them I no longer have to take my car to Volkswagen again. Last thing, TJ really give this company a positive image. I didn’t know they had a sign that said you must stay in your car but being ex military I get very uncomfortable sitting in my car in such tight and small space so I got out the car and TJ handed me a chair to sit down. Some things people do may seem small to them at the moment but that meant a lot to me Tj and I want to say thank you for that. I was in a lot of pain at the shop and having body aches so what you did for me really meant a lot. Thank you brother 🙏🏽 and for that this is the only place I’ll be getting my oil changed going forward.

The guys working were really nice, they did a quick but thorough job. They were all super polite and seemed to appreciate having my business. There are tons of places that make you feel like they’re doing you a favor taking your money. This place was not like that. I will go back.
