First time customer full of anxiety but there was no cause for alarm. After parking in a spot, a team member offered me a bottle of water and answered my questions. I didn't have to leave my vehicle, and 3 team members made quick work of my car. Isaiah, Antwoine, and one other. (I don't have my receipt with me for reference). The price was affordable, I was kept in the loop of what was going on, everyone was chill and helpful from beginning to end. I really enjoyed the ease of communication, professionalism, efficiency, and all around good vibes. 10/10 will come back.
The Take 5 Team worked together changing my oil & replacing the oil filter. Put air in my tires, checked all fluids under the hood & filled which ones needed filling. I LOVE going to the Macon Rd location. It's similar to a production line the way they work together & feed off of each other. Everyone is friendly, & professional. I visited the Take 5 on Macon Rd. In Columbus, Georgia Saturday morning around 9am, 12/27/25. First time trying them, it will not be my last. Awesome service from the 2 Guys that serviced my vehicle. Quality young Men and they greeted me at my car with a cold bottled water. From start to finish it was an amazing experience and I appreciate the 2 guys from Saturday morning and the professionalism and the work ethic they displayed. AWESOME JOB. I'm sold and will now be a regular with my cars. I checked the website and found coupons as well.
I went here to get my oil changed and they did a great job. I'll be going back here to get my oil changed for now on. I like that they top off all of your fluids and check other stuff out as well. Had to get a new air filter and another type of filter but I was very satisfied with their service.
