Updated 5/1/26: I was given a complimentary water, the entire team was friendly and efficient. This is now my 4th or 5th visit and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They even checked the air in my tires this visit for me. Take 5, consistently has great customer service and they do a good job! I plan to continue to use them for my vehicle maintenance.
I want to give a big thank you to Will, Isaiah, and Ralph (I apologize if I got any names slightly wrong). All three of them were outstanding. Will, who I believe is the assistant manager or manager, was especially great.
If you’re looking for a professional and quick service come here! From the moment I pulled in I was greeted professionally and serviced right away. It was also very convenient for me because I got to wait right in my car while it was done. I was literally in and out in under 10 minutes. I was assisted by Joe and his customer service was all 10’s across the board
I got my Oil changed about a week ago and noticed i had an oil leak from the drain plug, the washer on the drain plug had split an wasn't creating a proper seal. Took it back in and no questions asked they put a new drain plug in, on top of that they did a complete new oil change for free when they easily could have charged me for something but they didn't, it's hard to find an honest shop these days, 10/10 recommend these guys in Phenix city.
This was my first time here but it will not be my last! I was greeted and served with dignity. I must admit, I've driven by this business to many times to count. Just didn't seem like my type of place to go, but now I feel so bad at my poor decision.
