Oil Change in Tampa FL 33617 - Take 5 #390

Great energy among the entire crew. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but she is awesome and very helpful. You can tell she has the respect of her entire crew, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and figure out how to reset my “change oil” notifications and was able to reset my check engine light. It’s nice to do business with such a great group of people who are so kind and helpful and appear to truly enjoy what they do.

Thank you so much Taj, Andrew, and Chris D. for the awesome customer service when my daughter had her car serviced with you today. This was both of our first time at a Take 5. Her father normally does her car maintenance but it was going to be a minute until they saw each other. My other daughter recommended this Take 5. The prices are reasonable for the services she had done today: an oil change, wiper blades replaced, and filters replaced. She received a USF discount (love that!). Taj has an amazing smile and welcoming customer service. Andrew was thorough and explained everything so my daughter could understand what was being done, and what else she could return to get done. Chris D. was in the pit, so we did not see him much, but from what we did see, he did a great job! Greeted with cold Zephyrhills bottled waters, smiles, thorough explanations, quick service, and a discount... it doesn't get better than that! I will be bringing my truck to get my filters changed here in the next week. Thank ya'll so much! See you again soon.

I went there just for an oil change and they literally saved my car from breaking down because i was missing a certain fluid. The whole crew was very polite but Andrew is honestly the best. He took his time to explain everything that was wrong and was very patient. Also, while waiting for my turn in line I was given a nice cold water bottle which was a lifesaver because of how hot it was. I honestly having nothing bad to say about my experience.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Came in because my audi showing a warning; telling me to turn off the car immediately because of no oil. I had an oil change in January by Jiffy and no leaks (was checked by Take 5). Jaymel found a broken oil filter which was done by Jiffy Lube. Jaymel even stayed past their closing time to make sure the service was done properly and that my car was safe to drive!!! Taj and Ianthe was a Big help as well. Definitely appreciate their great service provided.
