They attended to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was definitely very satisfied with the attention and care they gave my vehicle.
The gentleman at this store were professional, friendly, and fun. I don't usually feel at ease going to a place to get an oil change but I felt at ease with this group of men. They went above and beyond. I got an oil change and had all three windshield wipers replaced.
My husband has always done the car maintenance but can no longer do it. He was very leary about having anybody else touch hus baby. Jacob took exceptionally good care of our car and us. I told Jacob my husband always changed the oil, Jacob seemed to understand and explained everything to my husband, treated us with understanding. First thing Jacob did after we drove into the bay was give us each a cold bottle of water, very appreciated in Florida. Jacob and Lin changed the oil, put in a new air filter, put air in the tires and checked all the other fluids efficiently and did a good job!
I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience! I initially thought I was just there for an oil change, but it turned into a full service visit that included a fluid top-off, tire rotation, and a comprehensive multipoint inspection—all included at no extra cost. During the inspection, I also needed a new oil filter, which was quickly taken care of. The best part? It ended up costing much less than I expected for what was a thorough and fast service. My experience at this location was truly excellent and surprisingly exciting!
Yaya knows what she's doing 💪 I went in for an oil change and Dakota was so kind and helpful during that process as it was quick and thorough but my car wouldn't start afterward as my battery needed jumping. It took several attempts through through their portable battery and eventually Yaya allowing Dakota to use her car for my jump. They were compassionate to my frustrations and Dakota helped me until the last second of his shift where Yaya took over and eventually got my car running while guiding me the quickest way to get a replacement. So grateful to them!
