This Take 5 location (CCNE ,near Lowe’s) is the only Take 5 I will ever use! Alex topped off my oil and fluids, checked tires and filters, and gave superb service! Al Rex is apparently new to this location, and I’m happy to see they have another top tech , although I think he may have been the new manager. Outstanding. I don’t have confidence in their other locations , based on specific problems at other stores. Keep up the good work!
Ryan and Rashon were amazing. It wasn’t an oil change, I had an experience. Immediately after driving up, Ryan greeted me with a smile and offered me and my mother a cold bottled water exactly when we needed it. They both educated me on the status of my vehicle, and got a little suggestive sell out of me to get a new air filter. Once Rashon completed my oil change he showed me the stick that my oil was full. I live in Lake Jackson, and I will be coming here from now on because of the experience they gave me. They deserve a raise.
Very pleasant and nice young man, with a beautiful smile and cheerful words. Provided me with a bottle of cold water upon arrival. Took about 10 minutes. Done. They now do tire rotation, so I’ll be back for that next week (I didn’t have time when there).
I have finally found my oil change place! The guys here were so helpful, so professional and they just really made getting my oil changed an enjoyable experience. I had read good comments about this location on NextDoor. I was delighted to confirm that this is a special Take 5. I will be going there from now on. Try it for yourself and you’ll see what I mean.
