I visited with a coupon for an oil change and had a very good experience overall. The staff were friendly and professional. They performed an Advanced Synthetic oil change, replaced the oil filter, and checked the tire pressure. They also showed me the engine air filter and confirmed it was still clean instead of trying to upsell unnecessarily.
This was my first time getting a drive-thru oil change service instead of visiting the dealer. The price was very reasonable for the Penzoil full synthetic service. The guys were friendly, helpful, thorough, and they did not try to haggle me into having unnecessary services performed because my air filters were still good. I will definitely return because of the friendly, fast and thorough service provided. It was very convenient to stop here on my way to run errands.
