Oil Change in St. Petersburg, FL - Take 5

Such a delightful experience at Take 5. Between the line and service, I was in and out in less than 50 minutes. I was greeted with an ice cold water and didn’t even have to get out of my car! Maya was such an incredible personality to be helped by and they even helped me clear out some codes on my car (saving me $1900 in unnecessary work!). There was zero sales pressure, and in fact, I was encouraged to go online and sign up for a coupon $15 off. In between now and my next service, Maya informed me that I can come in for top-offs on my oil, get my tires filled, and a few other things I can’t remember off the top of my head for free AND at any Take 5 location. I’m new to the area and it feels so good to know that just around the corner I have a shop that works in such high integrity. I will definitely be back to the 34th Street location!

To be totally honest I came here expecting it to be a bad experience because every time I go get my oil changed at other places it’s always way over priced and takes all day long to get my oil changed. Miles was awesome and offered me a cold water bottle while I waited. They run that place very efficiently and I will be back. I’m a disabled combat veteran and they offered me a military discount of 20% which is huge when I spent $270 for premium oil and fluid change.

you just can't go wrong with this place. Customer service is top tier. I was 3 cars back when they came up and offered cold bottle water. Always get you in and out and anything they notice on the car they let me know. I also really appreciate the honesty. if a part or filter or wiper doesn't need replacement they will tell you. They will say "it's good for now maybe a few months you'll need to replace them." I respect that because most places will put a lot of urgency on things and make you think that you won't get by without spending more money. This is definitely my go to place

They're always very friendly and professional. I went when they had a bit of a line (2-3 cars waiting in each line) and they were bringing ice cold water out to people waiting. They were able to answer any questions I had, and even suggested some fixes I could have done at a regular mechanic to help my car in the future. They warned me about a problem I was already aware of under my hood, which is nice for people who don't keep track of things.

Extremely friendly staff at the 34th St N St Pete location. They run that place like a well oiled machine. LOL. I was offered cold water immediately and they recommended services based on my vehicle's history with them. I NEVER felt pressured or forced to go with their suggestions, but they haven't steered me wrong yet ! I love that they also send coupons beforehand.
