I typically don't write reviews unless the service was exceptional, and this is actually my second time writing a review for Take 5 (66th St. Location). I started going to Take 5 bc their prices are great and service is fast. But I continue and will always continue to go to Take 5 bc their customer service is by far the best I've ever received! The other day I accidentally ran over a parking curb and bent the protective panel underneath my car. I freaked out and just drove to Take 5 bc that's where I always go. Dakota and Bri reattached and secure with zip ties for free!! They were awesome. They had great conversation and made my daughter and I laugh. The time before that, I got an oil change, air filter, and some other things. Vaun and Cat, again, were amazing with their customer service! They were very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I ended up getting more things for my car bc they explained to me the importance of my air filter which had never been changed since I bought the car. I never felt pressure or felt like I was being sold. I will continue going to Take 5 bc I'm extremely satisfied with their service! Thank you Take 5!

This place is great. I have used them a few times recently. From oil changes to radiator flush. This last visit really impressed me. I went in thinking I needed an oil change. After checking my mileage since the last change, they advised I don’t need to do it so soon. I like knowing they aren’t trying to sell me on something I don’t need. Always friendly and professional.

Excellent communication and great exployees. Not exactly a 5 or 10 min experience. The basic change, once I was in the bay took almost 30 minutes. And, my one car in the bay wait when I arrived was about 30minutes too. Prices are reasonable and not having to leave your car means I'll be back. I give props to the staff and managers, communicated well, very friendly, no pressure for upsells, courteous, etc. I'll definitely be back, just might look for a time when I can pull right in with no cars ahead of me.

Staff were friendly, offered cold water in the Florida heat, went over everything in my vehicle with me, courteous, and professional. What are the best experiences I’ve received. They informed me that they top off your fluids every 90 days. This was not my first time at a 5 minute oil change location. This is the first time that one Gave me that information.

Aaron and the crew were amazing 👏 🤩 From the minute I was greeted the customer service was excellent. They were able to assist me in a timely fashion and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to a few of my friends and coworkers. Even though Take 5 are a little pricey, I would definitely go back for great customer service, convenience and quick. 5 Stars! 🌟
