I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The employees were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The service was fast, but they still took the time to make sure everything was done right.
I really needed to get my oil change in before heading from Florida to Virginia, and I got it done in about 15 minutes. I appreciated Cassie and Jacob for their hard work, and courtesy. Jacob did a great job of informing me of services I should do, despite me not purchasing all of them. He made sure to let me know what should be done and why and he was transparent on what the prices were, because of that I also got my wiper blades changed. Cassie was quick with the oil/ oil filter and wiper blade change and made sure that I could reset my maintenance light properly. If you’re stopping by St. Augustine and need your oil changed or other services I would definitely recommend this as the place to have it done.
This was my first time at a Take 5 and the experience was great! Vincent, the location manager, took great care of my car and explained all the options for care that they found without pressuring me into upcharges. (For instance my coolant probably needs flushed but I’ll take care of that another time, but my engine filter was filthy and he explained the pros and cons of waiting to replace so I chose to replace). I was in and out in under 10 mibutes!
By far, the best service I ever had. My wiper blades have been screeching across my windshield for months and I had no idea why. Vincent and Cassie diagnosed the solution and told me that they were basically crumbling in their hands. I got two new wiper blades install installed for free. And then 30 minutes later, it started raining and I felt like the richest man in the world with these new wiper blades.
The two young men who were running the shop when I visited, did a tremendous job of checking in with me As they had three cars and only two of them there. They were thorough and Took care of all my needs as they did the last time I was there. Excellent job. It is pricier than other places, but it’s very convenient and for that I’m willing to pay a premium
