I've been a longtime customer of Take 5 Oil Change. The associates at each of the locations I've visited have all been equally professional, respectful, thorough in their services, and knowledgeable in their work. In this location in particular, at Washington Blvd in North Sarasota, I've taken both of our family vehicles to be services and we are thoroughly satisfied with their work. Kevin attended us the first time and Cristian the second. These young men, and the rest of their crew, are excellent in what they do. Our intentions are to continue bringing our vehicles to them for servicing, so long as we are living in the area. :-) Keep up the excellent work! You guys have a great team!
Isaiah was beyond helpful! In the past I have had attendants try to sell me on extra things that are definitely not needed and this experience was the exact opposite, full honesty/transparency, no BS! They stayed true to their 5 minute promise in fact I was likely in and out in a little under 4 minutes. I will be back to this Take 5 location for all of my oil/ service needs!
The Manager, Kevin went over and above. A very professional and friendly interaction, making me a priority. Had the team working smoothly. Rare find in today's workforce for a young man with his work ethic. Please acknowledge, Kevin and his team. I'll drive out of my way next oil change.
