Oil Change in Bradenton, Florida at Take 5 #366

Louie was amazing from the start. He gave us a nice cold water and explained everything he was doing. He was very professional and friendly. The second person, whose name I didn’t catch, was also very friendly and jumped right in the minute he finished with his car to help Louie.

They’re always friendly, and happy to help! I’m always greeted with a cold water and I usually have little to not wait time. Being a woman, it can be a little discouraging to get work done on your car, but they always make sure I’m getting the best price and are very respectful. I will always go here for my oil changes and general car maintenance! Thanks guys!

I came to this location of Take 5 oil change about a week or 2 ago and wanted to come back to leave a review because they were so great. I was helped by Antonio, Josh, and Louis. and they were all great. As a female who doesn't know anything about vehicles, they made me feel really comfortable. They were respectful, didn't pressure me at all, explained everything to me, and even offered advice. They also helped me reset the oil gauge which I didn't know how to do. I will definitely go back to this location for my next oil change. Thanks again guys!!

They did an excellent job. I pulled in and within minutes I was being serviced. The manager was very pleasant and made sure that the staff members were doing their job properly and efficiently. The prices are higher than other places that you can go to certainly. But my time is far more valuable. I left AutoNation four down the street after a 40 minute wait to get checked in and then telling me it would take two hours for a “scheduled“ oil change. Ridiculous. I drove down the street and was in and out of there and under 20 minutes.

First off I wanna thank Louie our Technician. He was really great and very knowledgeable. As soon as we pulled in we were offered a cold water. He was also very polite. Technicians like him is what brings me back to Take 5.
