Oil Change in Bradenton, Florida at Take 5 #359

The team there did amazing as always! I go no where else. Mike was under the hood, Deion did the pit work and Michael was my safety check extraordinaire! They went over everything they were doing in real time, told me what they were charging BEFORE they charged me, and made sure my engine got the correct oil. Fast and friendly service; the team is composed of nothing but professionals and they all had a smile on, and where razzing on each other in such a friendly way as any group of guys who have each others back would! Going back, as always!

Nate the service Tech and Deion the Manager were nothing but Informative, Personal, and Helpful. I asked him for the step-by-step way to do the oil change on a car that I recently bought. They told me all the screw types sizes for the bolts and serial numbers for all the parts took the time to explain it all to me that way I can do the oil change myself next time.

Very happy with the customer service provided by Nate & Alex. I will return to this location for sure. The other locations I’ve had a bad experience with & was hesitant on giving it one more go. Very glad I did . They made sure to check every single thing & explain to me what I needed to change and what was good to go. I will like to add - the veterans 25% off deal has been on for a while. It is hard to find an auto shop where you feel you are being respected as a woman and looked after by the staff. This was my first experience at Take 5. I was very nervous to take my care through the bay and made my daughter drive because she has been here before. The young men that helped me took such care in explaining all the options to me and showing me why I needed a new air filter and had my rear wiper blade in stock that I have asked Midas and Walmart to replace and they say that I declined it on the receipt every time. This is the first time I have been able to replace it in 10 years. My car is so happy since my visit. She has a new get up and go after this oil change. I am sure that my gas mileage will be better and can't tell you how much it meant to me to be treated right by these young men. Thank you for your care and you have a new repeat customer! What a great experience. The Manager and his crew could not have been more professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They really took the time to explain why I needed further maintenance with the differentials on my jeep. I’ve been taking my wife’s car to the dealership and will be switching that to this specific Take 5. Really great work!
