Oil Change in Lutz FL 33559 - Take 5 #1169

Had an awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Isiah and David! They were incredibly professional, quick, and informative throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured, and the service was done in a very timely manner. On top of that, their personalities made the experience even better. You can tell they have great teamwork we loved hearing them call things out and communicate so efficiently with their colleagues. It made the whole process feel organized, smooth, and honestly enjoyable. Great service all around!

I decided to stop and get an oil change on a Friday after work fully expecting to wait in at least a couple car line to get in to this particular take 5 since it’s on such a busy road. I pulled in and was greeted to an empty bay immediately. I have a fleet with my company and can take advantage of oil changes every 3,000, so I do get one fairly often considering my truck is my office. This was the fastest most efficient take 5 I have been to and truly was done in ten minutes or less even. I had the pleasure of great service from the store manager Isreal, and another technician named Soso, both gentleman were very pleasant and professional, not pushy with sales pitches, just very matter of fact and I just wanted to praise both of them because people really should do that more often when they receive good service. Happy to be on my way home to enjoy the weekend with one less thing to worry about. Thanks guys.

​To the Management Team, ​I am writing to formally recognize the outstanding performance of Israel during my visit today. Despite being the only technician on-site with full service lanes, Israel managed the workload with incredible efficiency and a steadfast commitment to safety.

This location was a life saver! Ive never had a bad experience with a Take 5. Tonight, they took me 15 minutes before they closed; when another company wouldnt, who had an hour before they closed! Isaiah and David were helpful, thoughtful, and quick. I was the only one there. Both were humorous and explained every step of the way. I enjoyed this location more than any other and I will be back. I have other Take 5's around me but I dont mind driving a little to come back. Thanks for a great experience!

Isaiah and Ellen are awesome! Other Take 5 locations should take notes from this team. The service I received here exceeded my expectations by far. There is a fine line between upselling and providing professional recommendations that benefit the customer and the business, and Isaiah executed this perfectly. Wonderful job.
