The best service out there EVERY TIME ! You can tell that the staff care about what they are doing and have a passion for customer service a rarity these days. Dustin is friendly and doesn’t offer anything that is not needed and he explains the “why” in each suggestion he makes for my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and is never put off by questions that I may have. Cody was pleasant and made me comfortable by explaining the service being provided. James jumped in when needed to assist and was eager to help. They work as a team - like a well “oiled” machine! I trust each one of them as they are extremely thorough in every step of the service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a bad experience years ago with Take five and call their district office, they gave me 50% off my next oil change. I came back almost a year later (February/March 2026) to use the deal and they had new management.
There was a car ahead of us when we pulled up. The technician created us car side and asked if we wanted a bottle of bottled water. We waited about 10 minutes before we were allowed to drive into the bay. The technician had our information as we are repeat customers. The whole process took about 10-15 minutes and we were on our way. Very professional and very courteous. They changed our oil, cabin filter and reset the car’s oil change app. They offer a Veterans discount so this Army Veteran always uses their service for our gas vehicle. 10 out of 10.
Dustin or Destin I think was his name, So amazing, So helpful, GREAT MANNERS, polite, made me feel safe and was very professional during the oil change. Great observable people and sales skills as well. I came in yesterday for some maintenance and he let me know more about my car than i ever knew So knowledgeable about cars, he’s also very easy on the eyes and it was a hot day so that was a plus
I’ve only ever gone to this location but it’s always a positive experience. They’re quick and efficient and kind and patient. I can’t always afford their recommendations but they’ve never pushed or pressured and at times offered discounts to help. Overall, the staff and service has always been great!
