The lead tech there (can’t remember the name) at the take 5 northside location was more than helpful… brought to my attention my coolant level and most importantly the quality level… will be going back to use the coolant replacement service for sure… the other lady there was super friendly as well as the shop manager… thank you all so much for your help… oh they also take care of vets but being friendly and sociable helps too! 🫡
Under new mgmt. Great experience. Definitely recommend. Excellent customer service. Got me right in, no appointment needed, They have 3 bays open and it’s first come first serve. Manager Damon & staff went the extra mile, offered me a bottle of water As soon as I pulled up and they made sure I was able to use the half off coupon I found online. I was able to stay in my vehicle for an oil change. The young guys are out there working hard. It was very refreshing to have a good experience after the awful experiences I had at Walmart Tire & Lube as well as Midas. But this place - 10/10 recommend - I will definitely be back!
I went yesterday to get an oil change on the used car I just bought a couple months ago. The two men on staff were very helpful and friendly, they were honest about the best options for my daily use, mileage, and budget. He checked my engine air filter and it looked as if it has never been changed on my 2008 car 😂 he also checked my air cab filter and it was literally disintegrating. He changed both and reset my sensor for all three. They filled my tires cleaned my windshield and were friendly about talking through pricing and getting the best deal since I was tight on money. You can even go get a free couple of quarts if you’re before your miles on the sticker if you get low
Damon was the best person to help me above & beyond with my old car problems & I''m elderly & disabled SO this was VERY appreciative ! ! He is one of the most superior & knowledgeable mechanics that I have had in my 78 yeas & 60 years driving !! I only come here when I can’t get into my regular mechanic. They’re quick and efficient. I am willing to pay for the convenience when necessary. No appointments needed- just drive up and I get to stay in my car! Zach was very nice and explained everything well!
