I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. Darien and Scott really stood out—they were both knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was explained clearly without any pressure.
The Inverness crew was Awesome! I went to new Lecanto location due to errands i needed to run. After waiting patiently for my turn, the mechanics said they didnt know nir have anyone w the knowledge to work in my Hummer H 3. (Looked under hood for 10 mins) due to my skid plate. I have never had this issue w the Inverness Store. The inconvenience put me way behind for the day in more than one way. 10 stars for Inverness
They are always kind and courteous. They bring you water while you’re waiting. Explain everything to you before they do it and always go above and beyond and check everything and top off what they need to. They check and recheck before you even pull off to be sure everything is right and you can drive off with confidence knowing your engine isn’t going to seize because the oil plug wasn’t tight enough and you ran out of oil. Always appreciate them and their high quality of work.
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a shop/express oil change location. . the guys that work here are friendly, courteous and explained everything.. I would feel perfectly comfortable sending my 18 year old daughter here without someone trying to take advantage of her by up selling things she wouldn’t need.. a lot of shops are known for doing this.. will definitely recommend this place to everyone!! And will be back for next oil change !!
Great experience very very quick had a small issue engine plate loose i think, went in very very fast to put it back great place to be definitely recommend going here than other places and prices are absolutely fantastic and scott is the coolest guy ive meet very helpful kind charming respectful fast and funny while being professional. 10000000/10 definitely recommend.
