I was very nervous to have service only because I had a bad experience in the past at a different location not affiliated with Take 5 and they ruined my car. I have always used the Dealership from that moment forward but I stepped out on Faith and took a chance. The guys were wonderful. They were all very kind and attentive to my needs. Ben was extremely helpful in entering all my information for future visits and ensuring I understood each and every step of the process in which they were handling. I also had need up purchasing a new air filter and wiper blades. Thanks to all the guys for making sure my experience was stress free! I will be going back to Ben for future services.
Love this one in particular. TBH, There’s a girl that works there. She has curly brown/red hair and big round… you know what I mean. Lol. Anyway it’s a good view. Oil change and a show and she made sure to upgrade my wipers. I obviously couldn’t say no. Lmao. RUN DONT WALK. 10/10
Traveling back home from Valentine's weekend with my long distance gf when the engine started whining. I'd put off my oil change for too long and needed it changed NOW. Very friendly crew, very informative and helpful. Helped me find discounts by bundling services and got me in and out fast. Didn't have to get out of the car, they even provided a nice cold water for the road and a coupon for a discount next time.
I took my car to a different Take 5 a few days ago for an oil change, long story short they ended up putting the wrong oil in. I found this out by being close to this location and pulling in when my oil pressure light came on. The gentlemen who work here, their names are Cody and Ben, went above and beyond to figure out the problem and fix it. We were on the start of our 15 hour road trip and this was a breath of fresh air. Can’t those guys enough, TAKE THE EXTRA FEW MILES HERE. It’s worth it.
The staff at Take 5 in Brooksville are awesome. Ethan was very helpful and courteous as he was taking my request. Matt was also very helpful when I acquired about different things about the vehicle.
