Took care of me today and I’d trust him everytime for a quality service that exceeded my expectations. I was in and out so fast that I didn’t even have time to think about sitting in the bay. The atmosphere was so calm, laid back, and professional. They know exactly what they are doing and they will treat you and your vehicle as it’s their own. I did a standard oil change today and Dave informed me about mileage, the kind of oil my vehicle needs to run it’s best, and also how I can maintain the oil through the life cycle before the next change. This review comes in a little late but nonetheless I want to thank Diego. On February 21, 2026 my 85-year-old mom's car was stuck, broke down. I called the nearest location to her and Diego picked up. I explained that my mom was stuck and was nervous and scared and he graciously offered to help her. We want to thank Diego and the mechanic who got her back on the road that day. We will forever be thankful. Take 5 Oil Change in Clermont FL is very lucky to have you all as employees. Josiah helped me out at my first visit to Take 5. Easy to say I’ll be back for all oil changes in the future! Him and his team were kind, efficient and they offered me cold water on this hot FL day. They topped off my coolant and shared concerns they had without being too pushy which I appreciated. They also take coupons which is a bonus.

I visited for the first time on 4/21/26 after my usual spot was short staffed and I was very impressed with their hospitality. They started by handing me a water, the staff was getting well trained and they even cleaned my windshield after all the engine fluids were checked and tires were inflated. I am very impressed and would definitely visit again!
