I had tried different locations and always have a uncomfortable experience, usually the guys will be trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of the car and bad customer service until I got to this location even if I have to drive a little bit more I will still do it , I finally asked for this young man name BJ he is always willing to help , greet you with a smile, seriously always! ! and give you exactly what you need , answer questions without making you feel less.
Trae and Seth was there Friday morning and serviced my vehicle for an oil change. Seth was very friendly, showed great customer service! Trae was informative and displayed great customer service and professionalism! they worked efficiently together as a team. Keep up the good work young men, you two were awesome! I'll be back for my next oil change!
This was my second time using Take 5 for an oil change, and once again the service was smooth. I especially want to highlight Traeshawn, who was excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right, including correcting a previous issue without hesitation.
Just want to say that our experience here was great. The two younger guys, George and I didn’t catch his name were great. They went above and beyond. You can tell that they’re compassionate about their work. My husband and I couldn’t believe the A+ service we were treated with. We normally go to Walmart for our oil changes but that changes after today. Thank you!!
