Early Saturday morning around 9am I arrive no lines no waiting. I was greeted by an older gentleman, didn't get his name. He captured the usual info from me. Mileage and fleet info since I was in my company truck. I pulled in and then was greeted by another young man. He asked my name and I replied Steven, and he said same as mine. I must say, that brief interaction with this young man Steven was a breathe of fresh air to customer service. Im sure most can admit, customer service is NOT like it use to be. He was up to date on current events (gas prices) and even asked my opinion on the matter. I was so impressed by his genuine kindness and professionalism with a hint of humor personality. For the 1st time in history after getting a oil change. I gave Steven a well deserved compliment and a $5 tip and I let it be known to him, this is my first time every giving one for a oil change.

I received excellent service from Caleb and Jevans. I had just bought a car and asked them to change an air filter for me. They offered a Customer Check on the vehicle to make sure everything was in good working condition. They said it would take 10 minutes, so I agreed. They were honest with me about when things looked good. They didn't try to look for ways for me to spend money unnecessarily. They made a document for me of everything they looked at, and what will need to be addressed soon in the future. They even offered me common concerns that happen with my specific make and model to keep an eye out for as the years go on. I very much appreciate the integrity and dedication to customer service. I will be returning for services in the future. Great job, guys!

I have an irrational fear of driving over the pits. My odds of falling into one are low, but never 0 😐. Anyway - Caleb was very kind and offered to drive it in for me, but I did it myself. He was incredibly patient while he guided me SAFELY into place. I was given a cold bottle of water and excellent service with the oil change. Steven guided my exit just as patiently. Even with my phobia driven antics, I was in and out in no time! Thank you Caleb & Steven

Adam was in training and so nice. I think he was being pushed a little too hard to sell. Not him personally and I know it’s training. However the guy training didn’t seem like he knew enough to train I hate to see trainees treated like they are below someone Adam did a great job the crew that used to be there i did not see from early 25 and late 24. Nice guys. Again Adam was great the mgr wasn’t terrible im just saying he could be a little nicer to the guy. I e never had an issue with my oil changes and still didn’t. I’m just saying no need to treat a new employee like being so bossy. Tone it down it makes people nervous especially the new employee.

My first time using an oil change place like this. Have always taken my car to the dealership. As soon as I pulled, I didn’t even have to get out of my car. I was greeted by a super nice guy. He had me pull around to drive into the bay. He asked a few questions about my car (mileage, etc.). We decided what type oil a needed. The entire staff was as friendly. They worked well together. All in all I would recommend this location.
