Great first experience at this place. Dominic was our service representative and he was both professional and friendly. He was clear about the entire process and was transparent about costs and process. Not pushy about any of the up charges for cabin air filters etc just explaining matter of fact style allowing you to decide for yourself. I love how they check and double check everyone's work to ensure a consistent experience and quality service. I highly recommend this location and will be back.

This place is definitely worth 5 stars. I was in need of an oil change. Unable to go to my usual place, I was skeptical at first. You often hear pros and cons to places like these. However, this place produces quality work. I called to get the price and to see if they were busy and luckily they weren’t. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted and given a water bottle(which was nice because it was hot). Upon pulling into the bay I was greeted be Dominic(Dom) he was very nice and was honest about what he knew and didn’t(we learned together lol). He ended up checking my cabin air filter and I had no idea it needed changing! The place I usually go to obviously doesn’t check that(not pleased). Dom then proceeded to ask me which oil I needed, we checked in the system and he was helpful in deciding which to get based on how much I drive etc. I won’t soapbox but Dom was really cool and made my first experience at Take 5 well worth it! Between the quality of the work being done, to the simple conversations to pass the time. Lastly, when it came to resetting my mileage meter thing I guess for the oil Dom and I couldn’t figure it out then came along one of the managers Frankie and he figured it out! He even gave me a water bottle for the road which again was appreciated considering the hot day. Very nice group of people, even the gentleman whose name I didn’t get but handed me the water bottle and actually changed my oil. He was wearing a Cross chain. Long story short, don’t be skeptical about this place… they know what they are doing and if they don’t they are honest and figure it out alongside you. I’ll definitely be back! Not to mention the free top off and checking of tire pressure in between oil changes. Thank you Take 5 Suisun City!

Great experience with exceptional employees. This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had in getting my oil changed. First they told me it was gonna be a 40 minute wait before they got to me. They got to me in 15 minutes proceeded to do a thorough job. To top it off this crew was very entertaining yet focus on what they were doing and their main concern seemed like it was customer satisfaction. They got that for sure today. Thanks again guys.

Updating my review since last- they've improved since then. Considering it's an oil change business open on weekends is already a big convenience for most people working M-F. Went in on a Saturday and was impressed with the efficiency of the team - also like the gesture of handing an ice-cold water bottle from the get go. They are not too pushy with selling just get what you need and be on your way. Location is kind of out of the way but otherwise it's great.

I just want to start off saying that the service there was awesome ! From communication to wiping the windows, front and back, checking all of the Windshield wipers, communicating pricing , I went to get an oil change, like I usually do , I was told I wasn’t at the mileage yet that was needed , so they topped off everything, Which I truly appreciate , did not try to scam me or take my money! Just good honest service And people!
