The service here is phenomenal! I came in yesterday and was immediately greeted with a cold water bottle! My sister recommended that I come here! I came in with my own oil and oil filter! Jaden and Landen changed my oil and did an amazing job! I recently got a dud car off of Facebook marketplace, and they found out that there was sludge looking oil in my car 😭 and they were able to change it efficiently and also gave me a couple of pointers on what I should tell the mechanic😭. Overall, very helpful and very personal, energetic and nice staff! Will be going back to this place from now on!
I had such a fantastic experience here. I had my baby with me and when I dropped my car off the workers offered to let me get out and they would walk over to the Starbucks nearby and get us when they were finished, so my 6 month old didn’t have to sit in the car the whole time they worked on it. The young men who work there were all so friendly. Ginneral and Landon worked on my car and both did a great job. I had an oil change and they also pumped up my tires and cleaned my windshield. Very quick and kind service. I will say it seemed a little pricey for an oil change, but that is of course no fault of the staff.
i love it here, was my first time here today and i got a free water bottle from the manger 🥹 so blessed. full of nice people and loved the energy, they were genuinely my best friends for 30 minutes even tho i wished it was longer. first question they asked me was who my favorite artist was, didn’t get no discount tho from that. i even taught the manger how to say a sentence in hmong and he lowkey better than me. but i wont be avoiding oil change anymore ❤️🩹
Yesterday- as I usually always come back unless doing it myself. . Emanuel was my tech. He was great, explained why I should go to the next level up on oil and filter without pushing for the sale, which I ended up getting the higher quality stuff.
I came in this morning for a synthetic oil change. It was my first time so I was able to get a 25% off coupon. I was instantly warmly greeted by employee Ginneral with a bottle of water. Ginneral was so kind and thorough and explained everything as he went through the steps. All of the employees work so well together and it was a great environment to be in. I waited in the car during the oil change and you can hear them interacting with other customers. They treated all the customers very well.
