I had been going to the same place for an oil change for over a decade. But there was as a long wait so I went to Take 5. I’ll never go anywhere else. At Take 5 in Searcy they treated me like royalty, everyone was so friendly and knew their stuff like pros. I love the way they checked absolutely everything and communicated as they went. I’m not impressed much these days, but this was an impressive experience and I appreciate the team very much!
Okay so my girlfriend and I came up here for an oil change. Kameron was the one who “creeped” up to the car (He was just standing distant from the window. Like two minutes later.. he asked if we here for an oil change and directed us to the next available line. lol. I knew Ray! He is a cool guy, him being there in my opinion brought a better vibe to the service. The service did not take long, about 20 minutes. We were informed about everything they were doing. Even when one slacked another technician Daryl wiped the window shield again! Thank you guys!
The employees were incredibly helpful and so kind. We were getting an oil change before heading back to Texas. Ray and “Captain “ made quick work and made us laugh as we waited. I’ll admit that it was even better than the service I get back home in San Antonio. Thanks guys for your wonderful service and hospitality. I feel safer driving back home.
I highly recommend Take 5 in Searcy Ar. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and always inform you of every step. The first time I went service was spot on, so I recommended them to my mother. They did not disappoint with the stellar service. Met the Manager, he went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience and again the staff is so friendly. It is hard to find good customer service in today's businesses and I would like to say THANK YOU for the simple gestures that make me want to come back!!
Take 5 Oil Change is my go to oil service stop. The customer service alone make it my favorite. The prices are reasonable and they top off, check filters, and take care of you in between oil changes for free. I am not car savvy and it takes a load off my shoulders knowing someone is watching out for my rig.
