It was a good experience. The young man who took my info could have been a little more customer-focused, but maybe he’s shy. Keandra delivered great customer service, and left me feeling confident that my oil change was done properly (BMW). I left there feeling like I had received dealership service, if not better! The district manager, whom I spoke with prior to, told me they would take care of me and they did!! (JKF)
This was my first time using Take 5 on JFK Blvd, and it was an all around great experience. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Shane and his crew have my respect for their work and their commitment to customer care! I’ll be back! Military and Veteran’s discounts are offered with proof of service, so that was a great perk!
I thought I needed an oil change, but it turned out to be a mid mileage oil “top off”. So the young lady checked my oil cleanliness & level, also the filter. She even showed me the results and let me know everything was in good shape and said I was good to go. Before I left she reset my return date and reading on the dashboard. No charge!
The staff were all friendly and helpful. They got me in as quick as they could. They didn’t make me feel pressured to buy any service or add ins which I appreciate. They took the time to make sure I felt things were good and done. They worked well as a team and communicated well.
First of all you are greeted and was offered cold water on a hot day with a smile then you sit in car and watch the work and every one makes sure what’s being done through communication you will know with proof how and why something needs fixed I will only go there now great job team at North Little Rock
