Chris was very informative and I was very happy it only took 10-15 minutes for the oil change, as the day before I waited 90 minutes in North Little Rock and my vehicle still wasn’t serviced, yet. There were only 3 cars ahead of me, so I left, but in Hot Springs? I just might drive the hour each time to go there for my vehicle to be serviced. Thanks, guys, for the help!
I got an oil change and had a wonderful experience! When I arrived they gave me a cold water, walked me through what they were doing, and would announce what they were working on! They didn't put my filter back correctly but honestly it happens and I heavily appreciate their service! It was an easy fix and my car is running great! Fast and top notch service, not only did they change my oil, but they helped me figure out what else was wrong with my car. Scott was the lead technician and he was so kind and said things in ways I actually understood (I don’t know cars at all) He made sure I knew exactly where I needed to go and what I needed to buy to fix my car. Without him I probably wouldn’t have realized how bad things were till they were failing. I really appreciate that level of care for customers!!! It’s always nice to go somewhere for help and they are happy to do what you need and more!
