JR and Natalie are the coolest techs I've ever had the pleasure of talking to as they did my oil change. Updating me on parts I will need to replace soon such as my battery expiring next year. Very helpful in answering any questions I had and had me in and out quickly and efficiently.
The representatives were excellent to deal with. They were respectful and not high pressure I came in the morning and waited 30 minutes and left because I had a doctors appointment I came back in the afternoon and waited about 40 minutes. Service was good , wait time was not
The service was great until my car started smoking after leaving. I took it back to them & the young man immediately found that the gasket pin didn’t seal the filter in the housing. He redone my oil change, replaced the filter with a different one & told me that I should be good to go. He checked & double checked to make sure that the gasket pin thingy was sealed and secured. He stated that I will still have residual oil in the exhaust until it burned off. He told me to bring it back if it started back to smoking. He was very nice & apologetic. Overall experience was pretty good.
It’s finally looking like a business instead of a circus ! !! For the past year, maybe 2, the Bryant, AR location was TRASH. I tried reaching out to the company with no returned email or call, it was pathetic! I recently gave them another try bc they are the only crew in town that gets me in and out in 10 minutes,
I’m new to the area. I’ve used Take 5 twice now and it’s always been a very positive experience. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They work quickly to get you in and out. They have other services besides oil change that are included like checking your tire pressure, for example. I will continue to use them going forward.
