Oil Change in Phoenix, AZ at 7219 S 51st Ave

The guys at the shop were absolutely fantastic. They were thorough. They had a trainee and the manager did an amazing job at guiding him through the process and telling him what needed to be done. I am a general manager at a flooring store and I train all of my designers how to do sales. The general manager here did a fantastic job at upselling.Without being pushy, they were courteous and very kind, although it was very hot outside. No one wants to sit in their car in the heat and wait around for a service they don't want, but these guys made it enjoyable and I will definitely go out of my way to make sure I go to this specific shop again because I feel like I will get the same level of service every time.

The attendant at the 51st ave & Baseline location was very informative, courteous and overall a pleasure to meet. I know I didn’t need an oil change. I wanted it done to rule out low oil for a related issue. ( turns out I needed to repair the oil pressure sensor ) anyways, I was surprised when he told I didn’t need an oil change. That kind of honesty says a lot about a business. Thank you!

This was actually my second visit there very consistent with the customer service politeness just a nice place to have it done. You don’t even have to get out of the vehicle so it was really nice. My assistant this time was JJ and he did an outstanding job.

The whole crew here is helpful, courteous, and funny. They were very clear with their explanations and suggestions, but I never felt pushed into services. I did not directly want. I appreciate their professionalism.

Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. I really liked that I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything they were doing. The service was quick and the price was reasonable. Definitely one of the easiest oil changes I’ve ever had. I’ll be coming back for my next one.
