It's hit and miss sometimes with different crews. They were all so friendly and helpful. They were not pushy to up sell anything, just what I actually needed, offered regular information and advice for my older car for the future. One very nice guy buffed out my cloudy headlights because he had a spare moment and made them look nicer than they have in years. It was fast and efficient service and the vibes were simply friendly and thorough. Been coming here for a few years out of convenience, this was a genuinely pleasant experience.
The service men at Take 5 on Southern and 16th Street in Phoenix are always professional and personable. They take the time to explain everything they’re doing. I asked where the cabin filter was located, and the technician showed me step-by-step how to change it myself. I always have a good experience at this location and truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
I had the best experience here. Everyone was super helpful and attentive to my vehicle's needs and they made sure I was hydrated in the process. I live in the area and the only regret I have is not coming to get my car serviced earlier. I would rate this place a 6/5 if I could... As a woman it's hard to find a good place where is feel safe and respected, so this place is very appreciated. Thanks gentlemen!

This take 5 on 16 Street and Southern was better than the one on 19th Ave and baseline the one on 16th Street checked everything they did a whole sweep and checked everything it feels good and showed me and recommended me good oils and everything but the one on 19th and baseline they didn't do none of that they were mostly talking to each other about nothing and just didn't really show no good customer service they were mostly like in a hurry and rude a little bit and they just did my oil but didn't check my filters or my air in my tires or anything else like the one at 16th Street did checked all and everything
