These guys are super honest, super reliable, knowledgeable and respectful, they check everything out like things under the hood, vehicle under body, and they will notify you if they see any apparent issues. They always greet with a smile and a bottle of water. They put air in the tires and clean off the windshield. They have very fair prices and they will answer any questions you have if you don’t know something. Super cool people here. Ever since owning a vehicle, this is where I go to get my oil changed and I will never go anywhere else. Yall are awesome🤙

5 stars is not enough to describe how awesome these guys were. I went there yesterday for an oil change. They were having difficulty getting the plug to go back in. Apparently, the last oil change I had (which was not from Take 5) had stripped the plug so badly that their DM came down from Appleton with a threader to fix it. I thought I was going to have to have my vehicle towed and file a claim with the company that did the last oil change if there was damage to my oil pan. Luckily that was not the case and their DM was able to take care of it. I’m very thankful for the level of service those guys provided. I would definitely go back to them again. 5 stars definitely is not enough. The pics are how badly the previous oil change company messed it up

I was very happy with the service. We thought we were going to have to go back to have some of the work done since the tool they needed was on order, but I instead they ordered the tool from a shop nearby and had it delivered in time to complete all the work. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to explain what needed to be done and why.

This is the second time that I used your services for an oil change in Oshkosh. Both times I was treated with professionalism and respect from a gentleman named Gabe. The level of service was exceptional, and the conversation was inviting. Look forward to working with Gabe again and will continue to use your services. There should be an incentive for a discount for repeating customers. Something corporate should consider. Price X volume minus cost equals profit for any company. All companies know, or should realize that when you take care of the Customer, the Customer takes care of the company. MWF

Great experience. Gabe took the time to explain things to me, most of it I knew but it was great for a refresher. Friendly staff and they made it personable. As a customer and a person who works in Customer Service, I appreciated it. No other oil change service offers a free bottle of water while you wait, or cleans your windshield while you're getting the oil changed? No one. Will be back for my next visit
