I love going to take 5. I feel like they have my best interest in mind. When I went in yesterday for my routine oil change, they opened the hood of my car they noticed my valve cover gasket was leaking. They explained that was an issue I really should have fixed right away, but, that needed to be done by a licensed mechanic. They said that they would still do the oil change if I wanted them to but suggested that I wait until I get the issue taken care of because I would be getting new oil when that happened anyway. Thay added oil to the car and checked all my other fluids but didn’t charge me, just asked that I come back to them for my next oil change. And I will.
This was my first time getting my oil changed at the West DePere location and the two technicians were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to explain what my vehicle needed to have done and the benefits of each service. I will definitely be going back to this location.
Looking for an oil change on a Sunday and found Take 5 Oil Change on 9th Street in De Pere (next to the Post Office)! Saw all the 5 star reviews and great comments on the outstanding customer service and even found a coupon for $25 off on their website! When I arrived I was instantly greeted by Noah and handed a cold, refreshing bottle of water! Noah explained my options and even made a few suggestions based on my driving habits. He was polite and not pushy. Gave me all the pricing up front so there were no surprise fees. Trevor worked efficiently to change my oil as Noah checked my windshield wipers and topped off my windshield washer fluid and coolant. Printed off an easy to stick (and remove) sticker with my information and mileage to place inside my windshield. Oil is good for 5000 miles and he said to come back anytime before my next oil change and they'll check it and top off my fluids for me free of charge! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND WILL RETURN!!
Take 5’s staff was very thorough and efficient with their service. They even rechecked our radiator at no charge. We will definitely be going back there for the services they provide.
