The service this shop provides can't be described any less than excellent and above par than any normal service. Not only are the staff friendly but also knowledge with the services they provide which makes the experience all the more enjoyable and streamlined. All fluids were checked and topped, air filter replaced, tire pressure adjusted, windshield cleaned, and even a safety check that all was properly back where it should be. Did I mention they also informed the customer in the bay next to me they had a reusable filter and didn't try to upsale to them? They explained how to clean it, dry it, and put it back. It's hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but with these technicians, I'll be coming back even if it's an hour and a half drive for me.
My experience at this place was very very good. Every time I have taken my truck there for oil changes, inspections, or fluid top offs, they have been very nice, kind, & genuinely honest & awesome. I will continue to take my truck there.
Great Fast Service at Take 5 Oil Change! I had a really positive experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was friendly, professional, and got my oil changed quickly without me having to get out of the car. They explained what they were doing, checked other fluid levels, and made sure everything looked good before I drove off. The whole visit was fast, efficient, and affordable. I’ll definitely be back next time my car needs service! Also the water that was given to me was super cold and refreshing… Thank you fellas 👍🏽
Fast service for the an oil change and flush since I needed it on the car… didn’t try to upsell me with the air filter and showed me it was still good until the next oil change. Taylor and Ty were the technicians that helped me out with and both were so pleasant and great customer services skills!
They're amazing guys at this Take 5. They went beyond to change my oil. Sun Auto on Culebra tightened my oil filter too tight and Take 5 were able to remove it and replace oil filter housing that Sun Auto messed up. Take 5 on Culebra is one of the best customer service I've ever seen. Need your oil change, go to Take 5.
