Honestly, an overall pleasant experience. It’s typical to be able to be brought water, but especially somewhere I can trust to send someone who expect not to be upsold on unnecessary maintenance definitely something that is truly wrong with the automotive industry, and key recommendations from this team really earned my business going forward. Quick and efficient, but most importantly utilized communication to get the work that was needed done. Definitely a spot to have work done.

The staff was very courteous. There was a wait for the service. But the professionalism, the knowledge of the staff along with the fact that they were thorough was well worth the wait of maybe up to fifteen minutes. They even offered us a cold bottle of water while we waited. If you're a Military Veteran they have a 25% discount for the service on oil changes. I went and had the oil changed in my truck yesterday 22 February 2024. I can't compliment them enough. They're professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I definitely highly recommend to get the oil changed in your vehicle there.

This is my third visit with the particular car that I went in I went later in the day and they were quite busy which to me is a plus meaning that customers value the service and I have to agree it was a bit warm outside and water was offered to my wife and I while we sat in the car waiting for our turn to have our services done thank you that was greatly appreciated.

Second time here. . But this time took the hubbies truck.. thank you Tabitha and Justin for taking care of me .. not only did they change the oil but did the rear differential.. I didn’t even know the truck had that.. 🤣🤣 thanks again for taking great care of me .. 🥰🥰

Ethan was the representative. He was very very knowledgeable and a true professional. His level of Professionalism was that of a seasoned person. I learned more from him than any other time while having my car taken care of. Ethan explained in depth, and at a level that I could easily understand. Ethan is a very valuable asset to Take 5 Oil Change. When you deal with a large business and have a person of this caliber be the face of the business, the business is seen as a top professional business.
