PJ and his coworkers are the best! came in today on mother’s day weekend to take care of our car and I can’t say enough nice things!! extremely professional and sociable , plus so quick !!! After my first visit here using Take 5, I absolutely will be coming back for our next oil change! Super knowledgeable and lovely workers all around :)
I have taken my vehicle to Take 5 on numerous occasions. I have received excellent customer service every time. I tell everyone to go there! PJ was so very, very helpful and explained things in full detail and gave me options. I could not have asked for a better experience. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel I was a just a number. Great job PJ! You are a great asset and representative for the company.
Finally, an oil change place that values their customers' time. I found myself needing an oil change and I was unable to do so on Saturday. Not waanting to take time off from work, I looked to see who was available on a Sunday and I found Take 5. Upon my arrival in their lot, a young man ushered me to an open bay. I pulled in and they got right to work. I wasn't in the bay more than ten minutes and I was on my way. I like being able to sit in the car while they change my oil rather than leaving it and sitting in a waiting room listening to a dozen people play videos full blast on their phones (I won't name the place because they are a really good shop). Also, they moved me into the bay that didn't have a car in it...as opposed to parking me behind someone and then watching a person who gets there 10 minutes after I do leave before me (Express Oil Change on Main St. next to Aldi). Their list prices are pretty comparable to other oil change places (my truck takes 8 quarts full synthetic) and they had a 25% off coupon.
These guys are awesome professionals at what they do and they are very committed and compassionate in making sure that everything is done right and they made me feel right at home and they was quick and reliable with my service needs and definitely recommending them to everyone! You won’t be disappointed when you go here cause they will take good care of you! Thank you guys for the awesome service!!!!
First time here and it was an amazing experience! !! PJ walked me through everything they were doing in real time, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all their products! They checked all my filters including the cabin filter. They also report to Car Fax which was something that I wanted! I highly recommend Take 5 !!!
