Cambio de aceite en Ladson SC 29456 - Take 5 #1638

I wanna give a massive shout out to Charlie and Kilean at the Ladson Rd location. For anyone reading this, if you went anywhere other than Take 5 to get your oil change..........IT WAS DONE WRONG.....PERIOD❗️ If you went ANYWHERE else other than Take 5........the customer service sucked more than straws❗️ Please go visit Charlie, Kilean and the rest of the fellas at Take 5 on Ladson Rd. The service there is TOP TIER 💎 If my coolant is empty in my car in front of any other oil change shop I would still drive to Take 5 on Ladson to get to them. 💯

I have never been to this take five oil change place before. So I thought I'll just give it a try. I pulled in they came right up to the car greeted me we're very very friendly. Told me what I needed to do and then a gentleman proceeded to ask me what kind of an oil change I wanted and then let me know different things about my car in regards to like windshield wipers things with the radiator just was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything including the cabin filter in my car. Was not too pushy just wanted me to be aware of what I needed or what I should look into getting. I did get the treatment that he recommended for the gas something he put in my gas tank that it was supposed to be good for my gas. So I trusted it on that. They wash my windshield I was in and out of there and like maybe 15-20 minutes easy breezy. I'll definitely be back. I'm so glad I went in and took the chance on a place I'd never been before.

This was my first time to use Take 5. I was politely greeted in the service drive with a chilled water. I also appreciated recommendation for an additional needed service to my oil change. And the tech noted upcoming recommended services for my next visit. All staff were professional and I could hear them communicating as a team amongst each while servicing each vehicles. Clean garage space. I like that veterans get discounts. I will definitely return to have my car serviced here. ☆☆☆☆☆

My experience at the Take 5 on Ladson Road was amazing. Josh and Cillian were awesome. Josh was my service writer. Cillian gave me some valuable insight into my vehicle. I went to the dealership once to get an oil change and was charged $386 and they didn’t tell me anything about how to reset my service history. The oil change at Take 5 was $120. Same oil. Same change. I even got the oil changed in my rear differential and the whole bill was still way less than what the dealership charged me for just the oil change. I left with money saved and some much needed knowledge. I am definitely a convert.

Time is money for me and my Hotshot Trucking company. I needed oil and fuel filters changed. I called ahead and Jay said they had all the necessary products in stock. I arrived after dropping my trailer off, and they went to work! Great team effort from everyone there. I have not noticed any leaks or issues as I travel to the Gulf Coast with heavy traffic.
