Took my Transit Connect in and had a really good experience. I drive a transport van, so I appreciated they could check and flush the differential, which isn’t something everywhere talks about. The tech actually showed me the drain plug and the old fluid, it looked pretty nasty, so it felt good knowing it needed done and wasn’t just being “sold” something. They put in a new air filter, checked my coolant quality, and I appreciated they were honest that the coolant was still good instead of pushing an unnecessary service. Everyone was friendly, explained things in a way that made sense, and I left feeling taken care of, not pressured.

Sammy and Mike were the ones to help and they provided some of the most excellent customer service I’ve ever had. They were professional and knew what they were talking about. Prices are a little high but the customer service justified the price in my opinion. Plus thy were super efficient and ran the place like professional kitchen with all their callouts to ensure everything was completed and completed well. They have my business from here on out for sure.

The staff at the Newark, OH location today, Tuesday May 12th was great! Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely return and recommend.

I stopped in on my lunch break to no line, helpful and friendly employees. Everything was explained to me beforehand and I didn't feel that pressure to add services that I've gotten from other quick change places. Will definitely be going again!

The three technicians that worked on my car were fantastic. They were very professional and focused on the task at hand.
