Sam and the team did a great job changing the oil in a model of car they’d never seen before at that location. That 2003 car spends most of its time in the garage, so I was happy to accept their offer of a coolant flush after learning the coolant didn’t test very well. I could tell that Sam did a good job training the techs by how he explained everything to them in detail. His explanations to them and to me of the work were patient and friendly. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely bring them more business in the future.

The assistant mgr Sam and the srv techs Antonio, and Sam did a fantastic job. The oil change was quick and easy. They worked really well together (like a well oiled machine - pun intended, 😆) to get everything done. The last place I took my car to is only open during the week 8a-5p. I'm so glad Take 5 is open earlier and later than that so I don't have to take time off of work just to get an oil change. This will definitely be my go to place from now on.

Hi, my name is Carla. I stopped in to take five on Hebron Road in Heath Ohio today and I needed air in my tires. I am in a wheelchair but I can still drive. I bet I did not have my helper today to put air in my tire anyway I stopped in Your Pl., Sam. The assistant manager was amazing. I told him that I didn’t even know it changed. I just need to air in my tires and he said no problem and I just can’t say anymore. It’s like they him and the other gentleman was very we’re just amazing that I could get somebody to help me like that and a town. I just moved to thank you thank you so much.

I was over due on an oil change. I went to Take 5 because I have been to the one in Reynoldsburg and had great service. Plus, I had a Facebook coupon. I tried the one in my hometown that was recently opened. Same kind of service. The manager came out with water for me and let me know that they had a car in there they were working on and I'd be next. It didn't take long. They were quick to get my info and communicated through the whole thing for the stuff I needed to do. I believe his name was Chase, its on the printout in my car, but anyway the guy was cool and took care of everything. Let me know they do pressure checks and fluid top offs between oil changes. Then he sent me on my way. It was a great deal for what I was charged too.

Take 5 was amazing. Andrew and Tom were very attentive to my needs. They checked everything on my car that needed checked, gave appropriate quotes, and got it fixed in a timely manner. Also, their customer service skills were top notch, they were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be using Take 5 from here on out and would recommend others to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
