My experience was amazing from the beginning to the end and it all started with Dakota! They were really short staffed and had 2 people there working when I arrived. I was greeted with a cold fresh bottle of water and a smile by Dakota! I was told that they are short handed and have one vehicle in front of me but they will get me in and finished as soon as possible. Dakota and Travis did an amazing job!! It took a little longer than Valvoline, but I appreciate them for taking their time and doing a great job! I was also told by the manager that I was missing so screws from my oil pan, and the manager made sure that he replaced every screw that was misplaced by Valvoline for free!! Which was beyond amazing! This was my first time coming to Take 5 and I will surely be back! I felt very confident and safe with them working on my vehicle! Hands Down, the best oil change experience thus far! Thank you all for really caring for me and my car beyond measure!! A job well done! I was even informed throughout the entire process of what was going on with my car from the start to the finish of my oil change thanks to Dakota who is absolutely amazing at what he does! Thank you all again form the bottom of my heart and shout out to Travis and the manager as well that made sure my oil change button was reset on my car and that I was offered another bottled water before I left! Just simply by far amazing!

Beautiful experience and a very nice assistant manager Dakota, who helped me with the process of getting my oil change as he was on top of training two new hires he did wonderfully training those two new people they did awesome everything went smoothly. Great customer service top-tier on the places to go get your oil change.

Excellent customer service and very kind and helpful staff. I was near stranded at the parking lot,they approached me to go in to their service center.

Fantastic service at Take 5 Oil Change! Nirmal was incredibly welcoming and took great care of me. He explained the coolant test perfectly and got it taken care of quickly and professionally.
