Malachi and his manager Aaron were SUPERSTARS! !!! I arrived 8 minutes before closing but not intentionally. I had just discovered an oil leak. I apologized for arriving so late but I explained I had a definite problem. I had my oil changed about 300 hundred miles ago somewhere else (I won't mention any names Oil Express!!) and it turns out they forgot to tighten the cap on the oilpan all the way. So I had a bad leak and was down to about a quart of oil or less. Aaron and Malachi found the problem and fixed it and refilled my car with the right oil. I was more than happy to pay of course and they said "don't worry about it." Wow!! That is super stellar customer service. They were very kind, and this facility has earned my business. I am DEFINITELY returning to their location from now on! Thanks guys!!
I visited this location right before a snowstorm to get air put in my tires, an oil change and a new air filter. The team here was so nice. Malachi was really helpful and the manager Andrew was great as well. I have a fleet vehicles so at times the process can be a little hectic however, Andrew was able to maneuver through the system, get everything taken care of and in a timely manner, and most importantly he did it with the smile. I really appreciated his knowledge and expertise, and they got me in and out. I will definitely return to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Andrew and the two other young guys helping were very efficient. At one point they were managing 2-3 hoods. I went on a Saturday morning and had no wait. They presented my maintenance options clearly and didn’t push for anything in particular. Andrew and I allowed the "apprentices" to try things on my vehicle. Overall I had a nice experience with them to get some last minute oil service.
Dymon and Malikye (not sure of spelling) They were polite, professional and proficient. Explaining every step. They offered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you
Tez and the other gentleman that helped me with my oil change were excellent. They kept me informed of everything that they were doing. They made sure that I was comfortable with the price. I was being charged for the oil change and they also got me out of there quick very professional people.
