Where do i begin. .. Came in w my new diesel for oil change and fuel filter change. Lee serviced my vehicle and i was on my way... A few hours later when i went to my truck i noticed a very hard long start where the truck was starving for fuel and contacted take 5 thinking maybe a gasket was not sealed properly and was leaking fuel. The manager was called and told his staff its not their problem and to send me on my way,yet Lee who was already home, relaxing with his family showered and fed,.... Came all the way back in to see what the problem was with my truck. Turned out it just needed to prime a few times to get the air out of the system. Apparently its a know issue w the new rams. This is why i take both of my trucks to take 5 and take 5 only. They stand behind their work and strive to make it right if there is a mistake. Last year i spent over 15k at take 5s as i run a hot shot company and i put about 150k miles a year on my trucks. Thank you lee and staff there at this take 5 location.your commitment to customer service was above and beyond. Youve taken care of my gray truck for 294k miles and i cant wait to see you take care of my new white one for the new 300k miles also. As for management who was on vacation in nc telling your staff to send me on my way, you hopefully won't have this store long. I will be contacting the owner of this store to tell him how amazing his staff are and how you suck. I will also show my records of how much i spend at take 5 every year because of employees like lee.

Great service, they filled my tires on top of doing my oil change and changed my filters. They were fast, they double checked all their work and you get to actually see them work in progress. My experience was great will be going here again! Another thing I want to add is they DON’T treat you differently just because you’re a woman, i’ve had so many issues going to get my oil changed from past companies all because i’m not a man. Here will you receive great care and they even give you a cold water when you pull into the garage!

Pulled in to Take 5 in Rio Rancho cause I had an oil leak. Talked with Dom. Super cool guy. He checked the car and it turned out the previous oil change I had done at a different place, used the wrong washer on the oil plug. Dom and the crew fixed the leak and it was under $20 to fix. I'll be going to them from now on for oil changes as well as other services too. Thank you Dom, and thank you crew. You dudes rock! 🌞💯

Joshua and Julio were amazing. i didn’t get the other gentleman’s name though who brought me a bottle of water while I waited. Their vibe was amazing. Very communicative on everything. I had Josh check my coolant as well; without any hesitation he checked and explained to me the logistics of the when my next coolant flush is recommended. Very good experience for it being my first time there. I’ll definitely be going back.

Technicians Julio and Roland serviced my vehicle and they were extremely professional. Best oil change experience I've had anywhere.
