Out of all the locations, this one has to be the best one yet! Definitely go the extra mile to this location! I went super super early today and instead like other locations having poor attitudes or upset more customers are pulling in and because it’s early morning the whole team was actually happy to be there and you can tell they enjoy what they do! The team I had was Aerynn, Michael and Tino! Best team I’ve had! They keep communication with each other 100% of the time! All three answered every question I had and also educated me! Phenomenal team! Yes the price is a little high I paid 130$ for oil change plus a new filter. However they were finished within 30min! I’d pay the convenience fee with an amazing team and stay in my car then pay half the price elsewhere!
Got my oil change today and was greeted with great service, plus a bottle of CHILLED WATER. Thank you!
They are very thorough and professional. I live out of town and stopped in because you dont have to get put of your vehicle and I had a sleeping baby. They got me right in, took care of everything and got me on my way before the baby woke up! If im ever in town again and need another oil change I would return there. Price was $200 but that covered oil change for a truck, fluid check and top off, tire check and 2 air filters.
Professional, kind and knowledgeable, I've been here twice. Yes, they are a bit pricey but to me it's always money well spent to keep my poor neglected car on the road. They will take very very good care of you and your vehicle, and they are honest about what your car needs and doen't need. They will always suggest additional services that are actually needed and for me personally, thank goodness they do, because I don't take very good care of my car. The manager Dom is great and the two employees he had working with him the night I went are wonderful.
First time going there and I was impressed of how quick they were. I really loved their customer service, especially, since the first thing they did when I arrived was giving me a water bottle - it was something new for me and very appreciative. Definitely choosing them over Jiffy Lube from now one. I loved the fact that they literally had me in my car the entire time. I thought all of this was just a marketing strategy, but I was wrong and I was really impressed about their service. Thanks to Maryana, Harley and Billy for the amazing work. Keep up that great work and attitude. These guys definitely deserve a pay raise because their work, attitude and ethic are unbeatable - the best service I’ve had.
