The service and costumer care was excellent. They were respectful and not high pressure to up sell me. They also have juice boxes and fruit snacks for kids- my kids loved it! They were fast and kind. I will be going back! I used to dread oil changes but these guys made it so easy and even fun for my kids. No more waiting in a dirty waiting area trying to keep my kids from going insane for an hour!
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was in and out in 10-20 min and that’s only because I did a bunch of extra stuff. They told me the condition of everything I should have been aware of and gave me options without making me feel like I was being forced to get it. Overall wonderful crew. Put a smile on my face and gave me a great start to my day. 100% recommend them. God bless that crew and the work environment they’ve created there.
My coworker recommended this shop of the gentleman that I talked with were professional. The service was quick, but thorough. The even offered to give me a card for a shop for a couple of things that might need to be done. (I’ve got some of that lined up already. I think the only thing that I could point to as even remotely negative was the price but considering I haven’t had oil change in a minute, it’d probably be pretty competitive. (I know, the price of everything went up ) I would highly recommend these guys
Couldn't have treated us better! Explained aspects I hadn't understood about when an oil change is needed, and why the warning message about oil change comes on so frequently. Took care of some minor things for free. Gave us water. Service was fast, but through. The workers were pleasant and welcoming. My son had recommended this place to us, and it surpassed my expectation.
This place is AWESOME! !! You stay in your car and they bring you drinks and snacks for the kids. They’ll do your oil, air filter and cabin filter, clean your windows and let you know about any concerns all in about 5 minutes!!!
