Oil Change Service Gateway Dr

I went in on 5/2/26 and it was my first time ever going there. I really needed to get my oil changed and in a timely matter before I had to work that afternoon. The service I got was 10/10. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The weekend before, my front passenger door was damaged and had an appointment further away than my oil change. I had mentioned it to them in a phone conversation and the owner made sure to be mindful to not have any more damage done to it. That made me feel so much better and heard where I felt like I wasn't treated like I was being over dramatic. I worked hard for my car so I am very protective of it. Having fluids they could get to to top and checked my tires. The price wasn't too bad, even without the first customer $25. 10/10 will recommend to others and will go back.

This place is amazing! !!! I saw at 7 brew and my car started smoking so I pulled out and parked opened my hood and I had saw that my oil lid had come off( my boyfriend didn’t tighten it when he put oil in the day before lol) with in 5 minutes two men had come over and checked on me to make sure everything was ok. I was about due for an oil change and my oil had spilled everywhere under the hood so I figured with their opening sale of $25 off I would just stop in there and get an oil change. The second we pulled around there wasn’t a wait we were greeted with bottles of water they had us pull in and there was great small talk at they did the oil change it took less then 10 minutes and they were kind enough to spray degreaser under my hood as well to help get rid of my oil spill. The best oil change experience I have ever had 10/10 would recommend and I will 100% be going back!!

I am usually very anxious about oil changes because I usually feel rushed and overwhelmed, however this was the most comfortable I have ever been during an oil change. They provided me with a bottle of water and the manager David chatted with me during the oil change. The employees were so friendly and service was cost friendly as well as high quality. I will only be getting my oil changes from here from now on. Thank you to the Take 5 team who helped make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of!

Dave the manager is the man! !! Got my coolant flushed and a full synthetic oil change. Pennzoil too!! It was everything I expected and more. Fast, friendly, and high quality service. They even double checked their work to make sure it was road ready. Showed me the fresh and clean new oil. I got a cold water while I waited and even an extra for the road. It’s so hard to find good service in this area. So glad I stopped by. Exceptional A++

First time here and I'll be back every 3,000 miles. David and his crew were fast, thorough, and honest. They walked me through everything they checked, didn't push services I didn't need, and had me out in under 11 minutes. Clean bay, friendly team, zero pressure. This is how an oil change should go. David runs a tight operation.
