Oil Change in Spokane WA 99218 - Take 5 #1342

The service provided was exceptionally prompt and efficient. I was consistently updated on all ongoing procedures. Additionally, I received recommendations for manufacturer-suggested services that were due; however, upon expressing disinterest, the team respected my decision without any undue pressure. Upon my arrival, I was immediately offered a refreshing cold water, which was greatly appreciated given the warm conditions.

After another oil changing business wrote on my oil pan the plug was stripped and did not tell me the entire crew at Take Five educated me helped me and gave me an alternative to change my oil they always greet me with a nice cold bottle of water and do extra to check my vehicle. My car had a spa day and when I drove away I could feel the difference in how it ran.

I had a wonderful experience again at Take 5 in N. Spokane at the Y. This was my 2nd time visiting them at this location, and I returned because my first time was superb. Great customer service, friendly workers, and fast service. I will keep returning to Take 5 for my oil changes and maintenance on my Toyota Sequoia. Highly recommend. Very family friendly, my kids and I call it the “fun oil change place”. They enjoy it too! Thanks again for the great customer service Take 5!

Came into Take 5 for an oil change. This my first UsedNew to me car and know it will need some work. I was greeted and offered water while I waited , really appreciated that. The staff was great and even tho every bay was filled, they worked really quickly and efficiently and the team work really showed! The Guy that helped me was really great his name was Chad! I Decided on the highest oil they offer the Mobile 1 full synthetic, found out this location one of the few places that carries this! I really wanted it because I have a car with over 160k miles and really need it to keep going lol I also got their new Synthetic filter to really help the engine!. On top they checked my air filters which both still had life so no replacement needed! I was on empty when I arrived so opted and I added the fule cleaner since I was going to fill up anyways. They checked air tire pressure and even wiped my windshield! There’s a couple things my car needs done that I never would have known so I’ll definitely be returning here to get the work done on my car. Been driving the last few days and the engine feels so smooth! Thank you guys for the great work and peach of mind!
