This was a unique experience for me. I'm used to making appointments and waiting for over an hour while my oil gets changed. I pulled up without an appointment, and then ended up waiting in my car while they did the work. Due to one car in front of me, I think I was there for a half hour. They checked my cabin and air filters and showed them to me. I'm sure replacing them myself would have been far less money, however as dirty as they were, and learning that I won't get around to doing it myself, I had them change my filters as well!
Had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change with my new Toyota 4Runner! The team was genuinely excited to be the first ones to change the oil on my baby, which honestly made the experience even more fun. They were all complimenting my SUV and treated it with great care.
I had a stellar experience at Take 5 yesterday! Larry was friendly, put up with my lame banter, and good on the upsell without being pushy. I truly felt comfortable saying no to some things and yes to one added service. The manager (Eddie? I am blanking on his name patch) showed me my air filter and said it was fine. Never have I had an oil change where I wasn't goaded to buy a new one, so this immediately won my loyalty. He came over to go through the invoice with me at the end and gave me way more insight into the work they did than I'm used to.
Always a great experience! I do wish they would add a teacher discount since the current ones tend to skew towards male dominated fields, but that doesn’t stop me from going there. In fact, I never feel overly upsold and if I say no to an additional service, they accept the no with grace. I had a minor issue after a service once and they fixed it quickly while falling all over themselves to apologize and offer my steep discounts on my next service. I generally don’t go anywhere else now.
We Love Take 5 , they have always treated us Amazingly! We only wish they were in Alaska where we live also. We have in the past that other services done there besides just the Oil change on our Diesel Truck, such as the Radiator Flush, which cleans the entire system. Try to catch this one on one of their sales, well worth it! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don’t know they will find out for you. Give them a try , you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and they give a Military Discount , and greet you with a bottle of water.
