Great experience overall! The staff was attentive, personable, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. Service was thorough, efficient, and fast. Carter, Polo and Chris were especially helpful—they explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. They quickly handled my coolant service and replaced both the air and cabin filters correctly. I’ll definitely be recommending this place and coming back again!
If you need a wallet-friendly oil change, visit Assistant Store Manager DJ and his team Carter and Polo over at Take 5 on Brook Road! The guys were friendly, thorough, and kind. It only took them 8 minutes to do something I’d been dreading all day (because I usually anticipate an oil change taking upwards of an hour). Carter even mentioned a missing part (the cap for my wiper fluid) and made a stand-in while I work to replace the part. Thanks to DJ & the team for their quick and expert help!
Man I have nothing but great things to say about these guys on Brook road ,take five. They were awesome they had great personalities they were very professional, and I noticed that when they were done, my car even felt different. The young lady that worked there,, don't know her name but she was so awesome. You guys keep doing what you're doing, I love it.
Chris was very good and the workers, even after my visit, I was having a problem and the same person took a look at it, and let me know what he saw and my problem was resolved. I had my mechanic look at the issue and Chris was right. Dealing with my top antifreeze area. Thank you for having great workers.
