Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and professional. They explained to me each thing they were doing which I really appreciated. It didn’t feel like they were trying to sneakily add on extra costs like some mechanics do even when they were asking if I wanted any extra services besides the oil change. Despite the training of new people happening it didn’t take hardly any time at all, and they handed me a cold water to drink while I waited. Top of the line customer service, highly recommend.
I had the best experience dealing with the staff at this location. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and fun to talk to. I was very pleased with how helpful the manager Bri was and will continue to come back to this location based off her customer service and ability to do the job at hand. She made my experience at this location very pleasant.
It was awesome. The techs were kind and knowledgeable. They took care of me and my vehicle with the utmost kindness and care, no short cuts and I mean with skill you wouldn't believe.
