I was there to get an oil changed , I was offered a cold water while I waited for my turn , it was a longer wait than expected but the friendly customer service was worth the wait and being a manager myself when RJ told me he was training 2 new people I understood. I did get more than an oil change but they were all really nice , I got wippers , cabin filter, air filter and a coolant flushed im also a health care worker so he offered me a % for that , it was my first time but they will be my go to for oil changes
Love the politeness of the staff, how they show me my filters and don’t try to sale me something I don’t need. I also love how professional they were in appearance and manners. I e started going to Take 5 in my hometown in Charlotte,NC and was disappointed when I transferred to VA you all weren’t here. I’m so happy you all are growing here so that I can continue getting great service.
JR and his staff were amazing! ! I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. We had a fun talk about football. The service was fast and I learned a few new things. I plan on telling everyone to go to this location because my experience was great!!
Charles and his female colleague (I didn't get her name) were super helpful. They were trying their best to make sure our rental company approved the maintenance necessary, given our 33 hr drive. Too bad it was a Sunday and we couldn't get the right people on the phone. Thankfully, we at least were reimbursed for the oil change. Overall, they made the experience comfortable & friendly 👍🏽
Exceptional service is what I like to say but the service was stellar and the team was beyond personable. The prices are very accurate and not a rip off like jiffy lube where they say one thing and do another. J.R. is the manager there and he leads from the front not rear ( military for working with his people side by side). 10 stars if I could
