I rolled in for an oil change based on a warning light on my dash. I’m getting my vehicle inspected soon and did not any questions or issues. When Rueben pulled up my Take 5 information, he saw that I was NOT due yet for service. He set my computer for the correct time frame AND checked my oil to see if I needed a free top up. Pulled out of the bay with a bottle of water, zero charges, and a smile on my face knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. This is why I take my vehicle to Take 5. Service is always top notch!!
Tremendous customer service from Warren, I believe. Explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what I needed. I had been going to the acura dealership for my past oil changes but I will now be going here from now on. My ac was only blowing hot air and I thought it needed freon, but I just needed to change the air filters lol, now it is ice cold. I was able to use my military discount for 25% off here as well.
I loved having my oil changed here! I was greeted with a bottle of water while the young man politely took my car info. Then I was directed to the lane and was greeted by 2 other polite young men. I felt special for that short time. They offered to change my wiper blades because i needed them changed. The washed my windows and filled all my fluids that needed refilling. Plus getting an oil change. I'll be going again. No more Pep Boys who didn't have nyemployees working who could service me.
